Participation principles
Truthful profiles. Account, family, candidate, education, profession, marital status, location, and background details must be accurate.
Proof documents. Members may provide relevant proof documents for staff review. Other families see applicable review status, not private documents.
Respectful communication. Members must not harass, pressure, abuse, threaten, or share another family’s information outside the platform without consent.
Privacy controls. Photographs and contact information remain protected unless the relevant member chooses to share them or approves a request.
Staff action. Misaq may reject, suspend, or remove accounts that provide false information, misuse private data, bypass safety rules, or harm community trust.
No guarantee. Misaq supports introductions. Final decisions, background checks, meetings, and arrangements remain the responsibility of the candidates and families involved.
Free and paid membership
Free Standard is supported by Google ads shown inside Misaq. You can upgrade to a paid plan in the app to remove Google ads. Prices, benefits and payment terms are shown before purchase; ad and purchase availability depend on provider configuration and availability.
Required Google advertising privacy choices remain separate from accepting these terms. Private matrimonial details, documents, photographs and conversations are not shared for advertising targeting.
No promotional outreach. Misaq does not send advertising by email, SMS, push notifications or WhatsApp. Registration does not enroll you in marketing or optional product analytics.
WhatsApp is for account verification and recovery. Any future temporary candidate-review invitation will require a separate, explicitly requested, time-limited access flow. It is not enabled by these terms.
