Verify compares specified information entered in Misaq with readable information on a document. It does not establish document authenticity, conduct a complete background check or decide whether two people are suitable for marriage.

Private messaging with a safe exit
Talk inside Misaq before sharing personal contact details.
An accepted interest opens a private messaging board for the two participants. Your stored phone number and email address are not automatically displayed, so moving the conversation outside Misaq remains your decision.
Personal contacts stay hidden
Phone numbers and email addresses are kept out of the other family’s view unless you deliberately share them.
Stop further communication
If the conversation does not work out, either participant can block the other account and stop new messages in that channel.

Misaq retains text messages and message records for history, delivery features, deletion controls, and safety workflows. Encrypted media is temporarily relayed and removed after retrieval or expiry.

It modernises the traditional rishta process through structured profiles, meaningful discovery, visible trust states, progressive privacy, and controlled communication.
Is Misaq a dating or swipe app?
No. Misaq is built around family representatives, distinct candidate profiles, meaningful matrimonial criteria, explicit interest decisions, and controlled communication—not anonymous swiping, popularity signals, or casual open chat.
How do I join?
Use the current registration link on the public website to create your account. Follow the WhatsApp and identity-detail checks, then prepare your candidate profile. Public app-store links appear only when a release is available.

What happens before discovery is available?
A family representative creates the account and prepares a distinct profile for each candidate. Account and candidate details are submitted for review, and discovery access depends on the recorded account and profile state.
Can one family account manage more than one candidate?
Yes, subject to the active membership plan. Each son, daughter, or eligible family member has a distinct candidate profile so their information, preferences, and matrimonial activity remain separate.

What do the document checks verify?
Verify compares information entered for the candidate with readable details on their own identity, education or residence document. The account representative has a separate identity check. A successful comparison does not establish document authenticity or guarantee a complete background check.
What can families see on a Verified profile?
Eligible families see only the profile information and recorded status allowed by the service. They do not see documents uploaded to Verify. Document evidence is processed separately and deleted by Verify.
Can an unverified profile still use Misaq?
Optional education and address checks do not block activation. Account and candidate access still depend on the required checks, review settings and approval state shown in the service.
Does Verified guarantee character or suitability?
No. Document-detail matching and profile approval are limited checks. Neither establishes document authenticity, character, complete background, compatibility, future conduct or suitability for marriage. Families should continue their own due diligence.
Can Misaq help prepare a profile from existing biodata?
Profile-assistance tools can help organise information supplied through forms, pasted biodata, or other supported input into structured fields. The family must review and confirm the information before it becomes authoritative.
Does Misaq use AI to decide who someone should marry?
No. Technology can help organise profile information and identify prospects worth serious consideration. Marriage decisions remain with the candidate and families involved.
Privacy & safety
Are member profiles public on this website?
No. This website does not publish a matrimonial directory, private photographs, introductions, or member conversations.
Where should I report a safety concern?
If you can sign in, use the protected Account help channel. A participant can also report or block from an eligible conversation. Do not place identity documents, private media, or sensitive account information into a public form.
Are messages retained on Misaq servers?
