Assisted account creation, profile setup, and matchmaking

People who cannot comfortably use the app can request help creating an account, building and maintaining a candidate profile, and receiving human-supported matchmaking assistance. The candidate’s information, preferences, consent, and decisions remain central throughout. Assistance does not guarantee a match.

  1. Create the account Protected setup with the candidate’s knowledge and consent.
  2. Build the profile Organise the candidate’s information, preferences, and supporting details.
  3. Support the search Provide human-assisted matchmaking while keeping decisions with the candidate and family.
