Complete the candidate profile, upload supported proof documents through the private app, and submit them for human review. When the review is approved, the profile carries a visible Verified indicator. The proof documents are never displayed to other families.

Verified profile: Displays a clear Verified trust signal because submitted proof documents have been reviewed by authorized Misaq staff.
Unverified profile: Does not display the Verified indicator. It may still participate when otherwise approved, but other families can see that document verification is not recorded.
Same privacy boundary: Neither status exposes CNIC, education, address, or other proof documents to members.

Misaq is a family-oriented matrimonial and matchmaking platform for communities where marriage is a serious family decision—not a casual dating experience. It modernises the traditional rishta network without abandoning its social safeguards.

Who manages a profile?: A family representative can manage separate profiles for a son, daughter, or other eligible family member.
Is Misaq a dating app?: No. Discovery is structured around serious matrimonial criteria and family involvement, not anonymous swiping.
How does contact begin?: Families express interest first. Private communication opens only after the receiving side accepts.
What does Verified mean?: Authorized Misaq staff reviewed submitted proof documents and recorded the profile as verified. It is a trust signal—not a guarantee of character, complete background, compatibility, or suitability.

Keep the first conversation inside Misaq—not in your personal inbox.

After an interest is accepted, both sides can use a private Misaq messaging board. Phone numbers and email addresses are not automatically shown, so families can decide if and when they want to share direct contact details.

Mutual interest first: The private channel opens only after the receiving side accepts an interest.
Contacts stay private: Your personal phone number and email are not displayed to another family unless you choose to share them.
A clear way out: If a conversation is not right, either participant can block the other account and stop further messaging.
Honest about retention: Text messages and message records are retained to provide conversation history, delivery features, deletion controls, and safety workflows. Encrypted media is relayed temporarily and removed after retrieval or expiry.
