No. Misaq is built around family representatives, distinct candidate profiles, meaningful matrimonial criteria, explicit interest decisions, and controlled communication—not anonymous swiping, popularity signals, or casual open chat.

Access is being introduced in controlled stages. Follow an invitation supplied by Misaq, or use the current access guidance on the Download page. Public app-store availability will be linked only after a release is published.

Where can I get help with my account?

Sign in and use Account help. That protected channel lets the support team handle account-specific information without exposing it through the public website.

What happens before discovery is available?

A family representative creates the account and prepares a distinct profile for each candidate. Account and candidate details are submitted for review, and discovery access depends on the recorded account and profile state.

Can one family account manage more than one candidate?

Yes, subject to the active membership plan. Each son, daughter, or eligible family member has a distinct candidate profile so their information, preferences, and matrimonial activity remain separate.

What does a verification or review state mean?

A visible state indicates what Misaq has reviewed or recorded for that profile. It can help families distinguish reviewed and unreviewed information, but it does not guarantee character, complete background, compatibility, or suitability for marriage.

Can Misaq help prepare a profile from existing biodata?

Profile-assistance tools can help organise information supplied through forms, pasted biodata, or other supported input into structured fields. The family must review and confirm the information before it becomes authoritative.

Does Misaq use AI to decide who someone should marry?

No. Technology can help organise profile information and identify prospects worth serious consideration. Marriage decisions remain with the candidate and families involved.

Are member profiles public on this website?

No. This website does not publish a matrimonial directory, private photographs, introductions, or member conversations.

Where should I report a safety concern?

If you can sign in, use the protected Account help channel. A participant can also report or block from an eligible conversation. Do not place identity documents, private media, or sensitive account information into a public form.

When does private messaging become available?

A private conversation opens after an interest request is accepted. Either participant can use the available safety controls from that conversation.

Can anyone see private photographs?

No. Private photograph access uses a request and recipient decision inside the authenticated service.

How does family involvement work?

Approved family representatives can create and manage candidate profiles and invite approved relatives into a private family review. Family support does not replace the candidate’s personal choice or consent.

How does Misaq approach compatibility?

Misaq supports discovery across meaningful matrimonial information such as age, education, profession, location, lifestyle, family circumstances, and expectations. It does not reduce a marriage decision to one opaque compatibility score.

Where do plan prices and limits come from?

The Plans page reads enabled public family plans from the same backend catalog used by Misaq. A price or feature is not published there unless it is present in that catalog.

How are membership changes handled?

Signed-in members can review the options currently available to their account. Availability and payment instructions are controlled by Misaq and may vary as the service is introduced.
